Factors for Evaluation

Before finally moving on to making an actual evaluation form, you must first consider some important factors for your evaluation of the training.

First, you need to consider the need of the training. People go to the training because they know it was necessary.

Second is the group mix. Are the people who join the activity the right people who are intended the modules for?

Third, the schedule of the training may or may not be at the right time. The schedule makes more learning in the part of the participants.

Fourth, opportunity also is a factor you have to think of. Participants must have the opportunity within the training and after the training to prove what they have learned in the training sessions.

Fifth, you also have to really listen to the feedbacks you receive. It can determine the success of the entire training.
