Goal Setting
A training cannot be a training without a goal. Trainings always have expected end goals.
When you set your goals for your planned training, you have to have set very good and very strong goals. Remember that goals should be SMART.
Your goal should be specific – that means, you take it one at a time. You should not set too vague and too large goals.
Goals set should also be measureable. These should be quantified in time or in quantity.
You should also have attainable goals. Goals should be reasonable enough and should be within your reach, not goals that are larger than life.
Being relevant is also one thing goals should be. It should have a purpose of doing a positive difference in the participants.
Your goals must also be time-bound, that means, your progress can be tracked. It must not take forever before you reach your goals. You must see how close you already are in achieving your goals.
That’s it. Goals should be specific, measureable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound – SMART. You can also make your goals much smarter by adding exciting and rewarding in your goals.
