Surely you’ve heard of very common icebreakers, haven’t you? Icebreakers and games are actually tools to help you in facilitating and managing a training or a presentation. As defined by Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, ‘Icebreakers are commonly presented as a game to “warm up” the group by helping the members to get to know each other.’

There are a lot more you can find in books and in the Internet. You can be more creative by making your own icebreaker or giving a twist to some common icebreakers.

Icebreakers are very entertaining and of course, it definitely makes sense. It allows the participants to interact more with each other through their participation. They will learn to get along and help one another in playing these activities. They can start to establish warm friendships and relationships with people they do not know.

Admit it, trainings are so boring if it weren’t for these icebreakers and games. These fun-filled activities will bring the house down through fun, camaraderie, and learning all achieved at the same time.
