Training as Real Estate Agent

If you are a self-motivated, patient and hardworking individual, you may be qualified to become a real estate agent. A college degree is not necessary to become one, and there are trainings to help you obtain a license, whether through a classroom discussion or through the Internet. You will then have to take a written test to gauge your familiarity with the laws related to the real estate industry. Finally, supplement your theoretical knowledge with real experience by working with a property brokerage firm for at least two years before establishing your own company or agency.
